Having worked side-by-side with James H. Braziel since they first opened their office in 1980, the breadth of knowledge found within Carol Braziel is substantial. Through the years, she has concentrated on ensuring the clients of Braziel & Associates, LLC received consistent service that exceeded their expectations. Whether it was following-up on a client’s request solving a problem or training a new employee, Carol has always taken the time and effort to make sure everything was done properly and thoroughly and in the clients best interest.
Carol has a Series 7 General Securities Representative license and a life-long enthusiasm for knowledge and education. This love affair with learning begins when a determined Carol went back to college while raising a family, graduating from CSU-Chico in 1978 with a BA degree in Physical Education and a teaching credential.
Although many of the compliance and client service tasks have transitioned to others, Carol continues to handle all of the accounting and bookkeeping. And, when a longtime client calls, or an issue arises regarding something that has happened, she is there to enlighten and educate. Her insight into the industry and our clients provides valuable guidance on a daily basis.
Carol would much rather give than get and as a long time member of Soroptimist International of Chico she knows first-hand what a difference helping others can make. Carol is a firm believer that doing something for someone else is like a little chicken soup for the soul.
Carol was born and raised in Red Bluff California, first working for future husband Jim as a carhop at his A & W Root Beer Stand. Two children and five beautiful grandchildren later they still enjoy working together as a team. When not at the office Carol can be seen in the great outdoors: biking, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and playing tennis or a little golf. If it is a game she is in. Thank goodness it sometimes rains because Carol likes nothing better than curling up with a good book, taking an online course or a class at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at CSU, Chico. Lastly and most importantly are family and friends.
